About the Role:

As an Equipment Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our equipment. You will be responsible for operating heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to move materials and perform various tasks on construction sites. Your attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols will be essential in maintaining a safe work environment. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience operating heavy equipment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in heavy equipment operation
  • Experience working on construction sites
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to move materials and perform various tasks on construction sites
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
