The Role

This role is for a hitting instructor who takes pride in their craft and cares about how athletes and families experience training. You will be part of a team that values preparation, consistency, and energy. Every day matters here. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, accountability, and growth are expected. This position is not just about running drills. What You'll Do

• Create a positive, focused, and high energy training environment
• Prepare for every session with intention and professionalism
• Follow established coaching standards, system, and expectations
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with athletes, parents, and coworkers
• Support daily facility operations and team objectives
• Represent Chin Music with professionalism on and off the floor

• College or professional baseball playing experience required
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to take direction and apply feedback
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills
• Availability aligned with business needs
