Full Stack Developer at Hey Lieu – Cebu City, Central Visayas

We’re looking for a strategic, execution-focused Full Stack Developer who can build, optimize, and maintain high-performance websites and web applications that directly impact lead generation, sales, reporting, and automation.

This is not a “ticket-taker” role. You’ll work closely with leadership, strategy, and account stakeholders to:

• Build conversion-focused websites
• Develop custom integrations
• Improve performance and tracking infrastructure
• Support automation and internal systems
• Create scalable development frameworks that drive growth

Website & Application Development

• Develop and maintain high-performance marketing websites (WordPress, Webflow, and custom builds)
• Build custom front-end components optimized for conversion
• Develop backend systems and integrations
• Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO foundations
• Create scalable website frameworks and reusable components

Systems & Automation

• Build API integrations between platforms (CRM, ad platforms, analytics tools, email platforms)
• Assist with reporting automation (GA4, dashboards, Looker, etc.)
• Support internal workflow automation (ClickUp/Asana, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Help implement AI-assisted systems into workflows

Conversion & Performance Optimization

• Implement tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, call tracking, server-side tracking)
• Develop landing pages for paid ad campaigns
• Assist with A/B testing infrastructure
• Improve UX/UI with conversion-focused thinking

Technical Strategy

• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and leadership
• Provide technical input on service offerings and delivery
• Help architect scalable development systems for growth
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency via automation

• Faster website launch timelines
• Improved page speed and conversion rates
• Reduced reliance on third-party contractors
• Stronger tracking and attribution across accounts
• Documented dev SOPs to support internal scale

Must Have

• 3+ years full stack development experience
• Strong JavaScript (React or similar framework preferred)
• Strong HTML5 / CSS3 / responsive design
• Backend experience (Node.js, PHP, or similar)
• WordPress development experience (custom themes, plugins)
• API integration experience
• Familiarity with hosting environments (cPanel, VPS, AWS, etc.)
• Understanding of technical SEO

Preferred

• Webflow experience
• GA4, GTM, and server-side tracking experience
• CRM integrations (e.g., HubSpot, GoHighLevel, ServiceTitan, etc.)
• Automation tools (Zapier, Make)
• Reporting dashboards experience
• AI integrations into workflows
