Bravo Initiative LLC is seeking a dependable and professional Customer Service Representative to support our residential plumbing operations. This remote, part-time position plays a vital role in creating a strong first impression for our customers.
As the voice of our company, you will answer incoming calls, assist homeowners with scheduling service appointments, provide clear and courteous communication, and support daily administrative tasks. This role requires reliability, professionalism, and the ability to represent our brand with confidence and care.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
Schedule service appointments and coordinate with field technicians
Respond to customer inquiries regarding services and availability
Maintain accurate customer records and appointment details
Follow up with customers as needed regarding scheduling or service updates
Support general administrative tasks within the Office & Admin department
Communicate clearly with field staff to ensure efficient daily operations
Represent Bravo Initiative LLC with professionalism and reliability at all times
Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience preferred
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Dependable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Organized with strong attention to detail
Basic computer proficiency (email, scheduling software, data entry)
Ability to handle confidential customer information responsibly
$20$23 per hour
