Chinatti Realty Group is hiring licensed real estate agents who want structure, consistent training, and real support. We work with both newly licensed and experienced Realtors who are serious about building a long term career in residential real estate. Our brokerage is owner led, professional, and focused on sustainable growth.

We provide structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, optional company generated leads supported by an in house inside sales team, weekly buyer and listing training, and full transaction coordination support. There are no desk fees and no required programs. Agents can operate independently while having leadership access when needed.

We are confident in our system. If you follow our training and process and do not secure your first accepted offer within 90 days, we will pay you 500 dollars. This is accountability on both sides.

$80,000 - $110,000 at plan earnings

• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale
• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers
• Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
• Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options

• An established track record of successful real estate sales
• Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
• 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
• Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
