The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will serve as the primary point of contact, guiding clients through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success initiatives while identifying opportunities for expansion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and professional services, to ensure customers achieve their business goals and maximize the value of their solutions. The position requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment. You will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth while shaping the overall client experience.
Accountabilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring new customers are set up for success.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships with key customer stakeholders to guide strategic initiatives.
  • Monitor customer health, usage, and adoption metrics, proactively addressing risks and opportunities.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews and success plan updates to align with customer objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing actionable insights, guidance, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate with Professional Services, Sales, and Product teams to ensure smooth delivery and service excellence.
  • Drive customer retention, subscription renewals, and identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management, technical account management, sales engineering, or program management within SaaS, software, or cybersecurity environments.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/customers, prioritize tasks, and deliver results independently.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS and security applications, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, time management, and organizational capabilities.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
