This role is ideal for a seasoned talent acquisition professional with a strong track record in sourcing and hiring top talent across fast-paced, high-growth environments. As a Recruiter, you will drive full-cycle recruitment for critical revenue-generating roles, partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, and develop strategies to attract the best candidates. You will manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensure a high-touch candidate experience, and leverage modern sourcing techniques and data-driven insights to optimize hiring outcomes. Accountabilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for key roles, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand role requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Source, evaluate, and engage both active and passive candidates through multiple channels.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience, providing consistent communication and guidance throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Share best practices and process improvements to optimize time-to-fill and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Track recruitment metrics and use data to inform decisions and enhance overall talent acquisition strategy.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B, or high-growth tech environments.
  • Proven success recruiting for revenue-generating roles, including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions across departments and geographies.
  • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools, including LinkedIn.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and partner effectively with business leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build candidate pipelines and implement sourcing strategies aligned with DE&I initiatives.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Competitive salary range: $108,000$130,000, with compensation based on experience and skills.
