HVAC/Plumbing Warehouse Assistant at Standard Heating Cooling Plumbing – S. Birmingham, Alabama

Standard Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing is looking for a dependable warehouse associate with HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge to support our field operations. This role is critical to keeping technicians stocked, jobs staged correctly, and the warehouse running efficiently. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced service team, this could be a great fit.

• Pull materials and stage jobs for HVAC and plumbing installations and service
• Manage inventory levels and keep parts organized
• Receive, enter, and track materials in ServiceTitan
• Place material and supply orders as needed
• Deliver parts or equipment to job sites when required
• Build and assemble basic ductwork
• Maintain and organize company tools and equipment
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and general warehouse support
  

• Prior HVAC and/or plumbing experience or product knowledge required
• Experience in a warehouse for HVAC and/or plumbing
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting heavy objects
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Quick learner with a strong work ethic
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
