What You'll Do
- Preventative Maintenance: Deliver scheduled PM services to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Onsite Service: Perform repairs and maintenance at customer sites, ensuring timely and professional service.
- Advanced Diagnostics: Utilize computer-based diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex issues on forklifts and related equipment.
- Order Management: Track purchase orders accurately for parts and reimbursement purposes, maintaining clear documentation.
- Customer Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the sales and service teams, as well as customers to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by upholding safety protocols and promoting a safety-first culture among all employees.
- Equipment Operation: Operate all company equipment safely and efficiently, demonstrating care and responsibility.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities to improve service processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Technology Adaptation: Stay current with evolving technology, tools, and best practices in material handling equipment maintenance.

- Additional Duties: Perform tasks as assigned to support dynamic changes in business conditions.
What You Need
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills with experience in hydraulic and electrical systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with computer-based diagnostic tools and technology.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and PPE requirements.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer sites.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in mechanics is a plus.
