About This Position

Parent Educator / Family Case Manager
Full Time / Salaried / JusticeWorks YouthCare
Make a difference for youth and families in your community.
Schedule: Full-time with some evenings/weekends
Location: Lancaster County, PA
Pay Range: $42,000 - $44,000 per year

About the Role
We are seeking a Parent Educator / Family Case Manager to support parents and caregivers through education, coaching, and evidence-based programming.
If you are passionate about child welfare, juvenile justice, and social services, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Minimum Requirements
  • Associate’s Degree required
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to pass required background clearances
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
