This role is a unique opportunity to shape how partners design, build, and scale advanced solutions on a leading AI-powered platform. You will operate at the intersection of architecture, product, and go-to-market strategy, leading the end-to-end technical development of near production-ready solutions that partners can deploy with their customers. The role combines hands-on solution building, automation, and architectural guidance with strategic enablement, training, and reusable patterns. You will collaborate closely with partners, internal product, and engineering teams to drive adoption, optimize deployments, and ensure commercial impact. Accountabilities:- Design, architect, and build near production-ready partner solutions, covering integrations, security, and user experience.
- Own the full technical lifecycle of solutions, including deployment automation, templates, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic partners, leading workshops, demos, training sessions, and architectural reviews.
- Enable partner teams to independently deploy, manage, and extend solutions while ensuring consistency and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal teamsProduct, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Successto align technical plans with go-to-market priorities.
- Analyze market and opportunity data to guide solution development, identify adoption opportunities, and create compelling business cases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring partner solutions remain reliable, scalable, and secure.
- Build a reusable catalog of solution patterns that can be deployed at scale across multiple customers and partners.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or similar roles in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
- Strong hands-on software development experience in modern languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or similar.
- Deep expertise in APIs, hybrid and cloud integrations, distributed systems debugging, and networking concepts.
- Proven track record of building scalable, secure solutions and automating deployments using infrastructure-as-code and templates.
- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with strong architectural and implementation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Masters preferred) with substantial industry experience.
- Familiarity with security, audit, and compliance requirements and experience representing them to technical and business audiences.
