Erie Industrial Products is a leading manufacturer specializing in custom copper connectors. We are committed to delivering high-quality connectivity solutions to OEMs, electrical contractors, and system installers throughout North America.

Location: Oberlin, Ohio
Hours: M-F, 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm; onsite

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in our production process, ensuring the efficient and accurate assembly of our custom copper connectors.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the assembly and production of custom copper connectors
Operate machinery and equipment under supervision
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
Support the team in achieving production targets and deadlines

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team setting
Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment
