Position Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Support Supervisor to lead, coach, and support a team of Project Managers and Estimators while actively managing projects. This role blends people leadership, project management, customer support, and operational coordination to ensure projects move smoothly from start to finish.

Compensation & Benefits
● $34.00 to $40.86 an hour (depending on level of experience)

What You'll Do
● Lead and provide day-to-day supervision to a team of Project Managers and Estimators, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and customer expectations are met.
●Manage active projects while maintaining high standards for quality, communication, and delivery.
●Coordinate workloads, assign projects, and monitor team capacity to keep work flowing efficiently.
●Exercise sound judgment in scheduling, production coordination, procurement, quality control, and customer relations.
●Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal partners, resolving issues professionally and promptly.
●Lead team meetings, huddles, and one-on-ones to drive accountability, communication, and performance.
●Oversee onboarding and training for new team members to ensure successful integration and development.
●Review and approve timecards, manage time-off requests, and handle day-to-day personnel administration.
●Coach, mentor, and develop team members to strengthen performance and promote continuous improvement.
●Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
●Act as a liaison between operations, leadership, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
Required Qualifications
● Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business, or a related field required.
● 2–4 years of proven project management experience required.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, or related software.
Travel Requirements
● Up to 25% travel required to client sites, project locations, and other business destinations.
● Travel may include overnight stays.
