Lead and support day-to-day cable and distribution operations.

Set clear expectations for safety, quality, accuracy, and productivity.

Train, coach, and mentor team members on cable processes, equipment usage, and best practices.

Serve as a point of escalation for operational issues and help resolve them in real time.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture.

Partner with supervisors and leadership to support staffing, workflow planning, and continuous improvement.

Oversee and perform cable receiving, storage, cutting, re-reeling, staging, and distribution.

Ensure accurate measurement, cutting, labeling, and handling of wire and cable products.

Inspect cable inventory for quality, damage, and compliance with standards.

Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to maintain inventory accuracy.

Ensure work areas are organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.

Safely operate forklifts, order pickers, cable cutting machinery, and other warehouse equipment.

Lead by example in safe work practices and physical job requirements.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

Physical stamina to handle heavy materials and repetitive tasks.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Prior warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.

Cable handling or cutting experience strongly preferred.

Forklift and powered industrial equipment experience preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead by example and influence others on the floor.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: $22/hour
