And were looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to start immediately!

1. Handle customer emails, texts, and phone calls (low-touch inquiries, general questions about products/process)

2. Coordinate shipping logistics - get quotes from FedEx, crating companies, communicate with shippers and customers

3. Manage inventory lifecycle - receiving from shippers, tracking, uploading to Shopify, through to delivery

4. Schedule high-touch sales calls for serious prospects

5. Communicate with auction houses regarding shipping/receiving

6. Handle order fulfillment and processing through Shopify

At least 5 year experience in eCommerce, website maintenance, and related industries

Experience with content, product, and inventory management

Skills and knowledge of Shopify and FedEx or UPS or DHL express or other shipping logistics platform

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least B2 levels)

Strong copywriting and editing skills

Experience with using Google Analytics for project management and reporting

Proficient in MS Office, esp. Excel

Knowledge of CSS Media queries

USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature

Working Webcam

Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM

Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection

Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps

Salary Package (with HMO):

Expert Level (5+ years of experience): Up to PHP 53,000
