Engineering Lead - Remote

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Engineering Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will serve as a technical leader, responsible for making substantial contributions to projects with high complexities and dependencies. Your leadership will not only shape the technical direction but also empower a team that develops technology aimed at enhancing healthcare for millions. You'll collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure delivery on business objectives while fostering a culture of excellence. Accountabilities
  • Build a high performing team by hiring and nurturing engineering talent.
  • Drive technical solutioning and build roadmaps.
  • Set aggressive and clear goals and remove all roadblocks for the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
  • Work with engineering leaders to promote engineering excellence.
Requirements
  • BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of engineering and technical lead experience in building scalable software.
  • 5+ years of managerial experience leading engineering teams.
  • Experience in attracting, hiring, and coaching engineering talent.
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills.
  • Passion for healthcare and a strong interest in improving its delivery through technology.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends.
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles and frameworks.
  • Experience with modern web technologies and cloud-based services.
