Your Role- You will be a key member of our Product Delivery Team, leading the teams development efforts to support our existing customer-facing applications and develop new solutions to meet the diverse needs of a growing network of customers. You will be responsible for determining the application requirements needed to enhance the experience of our customers. You will act as a liaison between functional/technical stakeholders and your development team (in-house and/or off-shore), and you will lead the analysis on how IntraFis customer-facing applications and processes can be improved to meet current and future business needs. You will also provide agile and project management best practices to your team and lead key agile ceremonies as a scrum master.
- Collaborate with high-performing IT teams in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment focused on automation, innovation, and technical excellence.
- Lead feature development from concept through deployment by defining project charters, creating and socializing story maps, refining UI/UX requirements, detailing technical specifications, and developing roll-out strategies to ensure smooth and successful releases.
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives by seamlessly shifting between activities such as gathering functional requirements, addressing production issues, and supporting active development efforts.
- Resolve cross-team requirement conflicts by proactively identifying misalignments, clarifying ambiguities, and facilitating constructive discussions among stakeholders across internal and offshore product teams.
- Conduct independent functional analyses for new projects and translate complex business needs into clear functional and system requirements, contributing directly to scalable and supportable solution designs.
- Provide reliable on-call production support, ensuring system availability and prompt issue resolution to minimize downtime and protect the user experience.
- Facilitate meetings that bring diverse perspectives together, guide productive conversations, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences to maintain alignment and momentum.
- Act as a key contributor throughout the software development lifecycle by ensuring project deliverables are well-documented, meet business and technical requirements, and comply with organizational policies and quality standards.
- Leverage generative AI tools to improve collaboration, assist with documentation, and support research or troubleshooting efforts where appropriate.
- Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools to optimize workflows, problem-solving, and productivity.
- Extensive experience with business analysis (5+ years).
- Demonstrated success leading development teams within an agile framework, with experience tracking and removing impediments.
- Experience with working in a fast-paced software development environment leveraging continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and automated testing.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, sufficient to communicate effectively with nontechnical and technical business clients and teams.
- Ability to independently define requirements, acceptance criteria, and functional designs for complex IT systems.
- Experience working with user flows, functional wireframes, storyboards, mockups, prototypes, user personas, scenarios, and other UX deliverables.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a production support environment, particularly one with rapid response requirements.
- Oracle PL/SQL skills preferred.
- Experience working with AWS technologies preferred.
- Familiarity with agile toolchains including Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence preferred.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, finance or business, or equivalent experience in software production or programming.
