Job Overview

• Location: West Berlin, NJ (Onsite).

The Opportunity You will serve as a technical bridge between sales and field operations, ensuring every installation is engineered for peak performance and maximum rebates. This role is perfect for a former business owner, experienced installer or installation manager who wants to assist with project logistics for the highest-rated service team in Southern New Jersey.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Execute precise Manual J load calculations and verify salesperson measurements to ensure 100% equipment accuracy.

• Identify and run the end-to-end procurement process by ordering specialized ductwork and energy-efficient equipment for residential and commercial projects.

• Coordinate complex project logistics, including municipal permits, financing programs, and rebate documentation.

• Assist with the selection of energy-efficient systems to maximize customer rebates and ensure company profitability.

• Partner with the Install Manager to refine operational workflows and maintain the highest standards of technical integrity.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of professional experience as an HVAC technician or installation manager (or similar role within the industry).

• Extensive hands-on field experience with residential HVAC installations and complex ductwork systems.

• Proven ability to perform accurate load calculations and measure for custom ductwork replacements.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to verify technical field data for accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience running an HVAC business or managing a high-volume installation department.

• BPI certification

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Familiarity with local utility rebate programs and specialized HVAC financing platforms.

• Advanced organizational skills with a focus on project management and administrative precision.
