Territory: Eastern Washington, with travel into Idaho and Eastern Oregon
Training Location: Kent, WA (first 30-45 days)

You’ll be in the field, meeting customers, supporting projects from discovery to completion, and becoming a trusted partner to both clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting in your region
  • Participate in on-site customer visits and learn best practices
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities from customer visits
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers, sales teams, and business partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Service, Sales, Engineering, Project Coordinators, Operations, and Subject Matter Experts
  • Assist with customer site walkthroughs, evaluations, and data gathering
  • Learn how to collect detailed onsite requirements for projects, layouts, measurements, and applications
  • Support project execution by attending kick-off meetings and performing routine quality checks
  • Continuously build product knowledge to confidently communicate solutions and benefits to customers
  • Maintain an organized calendar and detailed notes from customer interactions
  • Share meeting outcomes and opportunities with internal teams promptly
  • Represent DACO professionally and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

  • Willing and able to travel for customer visits, training, and tradeshows

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree or working toward Bachelor’s degree. Bachelors in Industrial engineering highly desired.?
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, sales support, or technical field
  • Exposure to material handling or warehouse environments is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)

Physical & Travel Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 10 lbs unaided
  • Ability to sit, type, bend, and reach as needed
  • Ability to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory
  • Ability to use standard office equipment (computer, phone, keyboard, mouse)

Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm (flex scheduling as needed).
  • Remote role following completion of the first 30-45 days of in-office training in Kent, WA.
  • We prioritize flexibility and work-life balance to ensure your professional and personal life harmonize seamlessly.

Salary:

  • 65k to 70k yearly *(Open to hiring level I-II, dependent on prior experience/background education).
