MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Set up, launch, and manage direct and programmatic advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Ensure campaigns are implemented on time, delivered in full, and meet client KPIs.
Monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and optimize delivery under guidance from senior team members.
Conduct QA for ad trafficking, delivery, and reporting to ensure accuracy.
Update programmatic inventory on SSPs and integrate third-party inventory sources into internal systems.
Support onboarding of SSPs/DSPs by performing operational tasks required for integration.
Document ad ops processes and maintain operational playbooks for campaign setup, approvals, and reporting.
Transition manual campaign workflows into automated solutions wherever possible.
Communicate ongoing campaign statuses and issues to account management and internal teams.
Participate in team meetings to support operational efficiency and process improvements.

REQUIREMENTS

2+ years of experience in advertising operations, including hands-on experience with digital advertising campaigns (direct and programmatic).
Understanding of ad technologies, including ad servers, SSPs, DSPs, and DMPs.
HTML, JavaScript, data structures, and understanding HTTP requests are nice to have.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex campaign delivery issues and escalations.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations.
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on precision and efficiency.
Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.
Willingness to work U.S. business hours (EST) and adapt to varying schedules to support global operations.
