Part-Time PRN General Lawn Care Technician

Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our lawn and landscaping team on a part-time, PRN (as-needed) basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, values teamwork, and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.

Work hours will vary based on seasonal demand, weather conditions, and project needs. Flexibility and reliability are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Assist with landscaping projects such as planting, mulching, and bed maintenance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport tools and materials.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
• Communicate professionally with team members and clients.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.

Schedule & Compensation

• Part-time, PRN (as-needed) hours
• Schedule may vary weekly based on workload.
• Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Qualifications

Prior lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required.

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude

Valid driver’s license preferred.
