Summary:
Responsibilities include assembly of new and existing products, utilizing mechanical knowledge and precision to fine tune and adjusting packaging systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, and prepare packaging systems for delivery to end users, ensuring a strong focus on quality control. This includes production and testing of all systems offered by the company, including internally manufactured equipment as well as value-added and integrated systems.
• Build subassemblies and complete units using samples, models, verbal instructions, and assembly diagrams to ensure accurate and efficient production.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to support production needs and ensure material availability.

Skills, Experience and Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field required, with demonstrated aptitude in hands-on work
• Basic electrical knowledge combined with strong mechanical and quality control skills
• Soldering experience preferred
• Highly organized, reliable, and dependable with strong integrity
• Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions, technical drawings, and written procedures
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift to 50 pounds as needed
• Machine shop and metalworking experience is a plus, but not required
• High School Diploma or similar required
• Technical Degree or Certification a plus
