The role is fully remote within Texas markets, offering flexibility while maintaining a focus on measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through outreach, virtual meetings, and in-person networking with Realtors, real estate teams, and JV partners.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and high client satisfaction.
  • Evaluate prospective partnerships, understand client needs, and translate conversations into actionable business growth strategies.
  • Manage a sales pipeline effectively, track progress in CRM, and maintain accurate records for visibility and accountability.
  • Attend industry events, visit local offices, and actively expand the referral network.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, and title and escrow products to advise clients confidently.
  • Meet and exceed individual sales goals through disciplined, results-oriented execution.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in title and escrow services, with proven success in acquiring new clients and expanding repeat business.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-term partnerships and achieve measurable business results.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and develop collaborative solutions.
  • High level of organization and discipline in managing pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM activity.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexible to work remotely within Texas, with preference for Dallas or Houston.
