About This Position

Serioplast, a Global Leader in Rigid Plastic Packaging, is Looking for a Global HSE & Sustainability Manager for the Headquarters in Seriate (BG)!
Are you an experienced HSE/ Sustainability Leader ready to drive global impact in a fast-paced, international environment? Join us and play a key role in shaping our safety culture and sustainability strategy worldwide!

What will you do?
  • Lead and coordinate the Global HSE & Sustainability function, defining roles, responsibilities, policies, standards and procedures across all regions.
  • Support Regional Directors, Plant Managers and HSE teams in managing complex or critical situations, ensuring proper documentation and implementation of corrective actions.
  • Provide guidance on HSE matters to Project Managers, including on-site inspections during project feasibility and execution phases.
  • Drive HSE, ESG and CSR training initiatives in collaboration with HR and the Global HSE Team.
  • Act as the RSPP ensuring full compliance with local regulations.
  • Represent the company with external stakeholders on safety, environmental and sustainability topics.
  • Lead the Company Sustainability Committee and support Top Management in defining and executing sustainability strategies.
  • Oversee ESG data collection and analysis, defining materiality, decarbonization strategies and monitoring the Sustainability Plan.
  • Coordinate the implementation of sustainability initiatives across all business functions and manage ESG reporting in line with recognized standards (GHG, CSRD, ESRS, CSDDD).
What are we looking for?
  • Solid background in Health, Safety, Environment and Sustainability, with excellent knowledge of HSE regulations, ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
  • RSPP certificate
  • Experience in manufacturing environments and WCM standards.
  • Strong leadership, accountability and team management skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, resilient approach.
  • Team player with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Master’s degree or higher in Engineering or Health, Safety or Environmental fields, with additional training in sustainability.
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar global or multi-site roles.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Available to travel for about 30% of the time
