Customer Service Representative at Kurtz Bros Inc – Westerville, Ohio

We are looking for reliable CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES who enjoy a fast-paced environment, can handle multi-tasking and enjoy assisting customers at our store locations. This position requires the use of a computer, phone, register and the occasional trip outside in our product areas. You’ll need to do basic math to quote and prepare orders for our customers – but don’t worry – we will train you!

Basic Requirements:

• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary
• Ability to do basic math & use a computer
• Ability to listen and follow instructions

Environment

• Required to sit, stand, lift, kneel, bend, type, use personal computer, telephone, and two way radio
• Exposure to loud noises, hot/cold temperatures, dust, and other environmental factors
