As Chief of Staff, you will:
- Partner directly with the CEO to drive execution of top strategic priorities and company-wide initiatives.
- Translate high-level strategy into structured, actionable plans across cross-functional teams including product, finance, operations, and go-to-market.
- Lead and manage complex projects, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery of outcomes.
- Establish and optimize internal operating rhythms, including planning cycles, OKRs, and executive reporting frameworks.
- Build analytical models and decision-making frameworks to support leadership and guide business decisions.
- Prepare executive-level materials for board and investor engagements, including performance tracking and strategic insights.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable processes to improve organizational effectiveness.
