Admissions Coordinator
Location: Remote, must work in PST or MST Time Zone
Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Employee, Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $27-30/hour, paid bi-weekly
Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm PST or MST (no nights or weekends!)
Reports To: Director of Operations
Join a mission-driven team making a meaningful difference in mental health care at NeuroStim TMS Centers, Washington’s leading provider of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) Therapy. We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to be the patients first point of contact, guiding them through the initial steps of their mental health journey.
Primary Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, texts, and emails for new and returning patients.
- Schedule consultations and send out New Patient Packets (NPP).
- Use Salesforce to handle patient follow-ups and maintain organized communication records.
- Guide patients through registration and portal account creation.
- Coordinate provider referrals and verify insurance eligibility.
- Reconnect with previous patients to schedule follow-ups.
- Provide administrative support to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Collaborate closely with clinical teams to support patient care.
Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time Employees are eligible for):
- Competitive Hourly Rate: $27-30/hour, paid bi-weekly
- Bonus Potential: Up to $10,000 annually

Admissions Coordinator Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination is required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work Pacific or Mountain Standard Time hours
