We are a growing team looking for an Intern, Tender Management in the Pricing department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Milan & Barcelona office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO … As an Intern, Tender Management you’ll work on interesting responsibilities like cross-coordinating within our Sales departments and pricing specialists while keeping great attention to detail in order to meet the needs of customers. In this role you will:

• Support our tender managers and sales representatives in tender administration processes
• Review and correct kilometer calculations and other factors produced by the internal and external systems
• Review and organize tender-related documents and contracts
• Improve and thrive for automation in the current manual tender administration processes
• Prepare final tender offers for our customers in the required formats

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

• Previous experience in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Previous experience with CRM
• Bias for action while keeping an open eye for improvement and automation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian
• Ability to problem solve and great attention to detail
• Analytical focus
