Technician Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on work orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Collaborate with service advisors for job status updates and repair approvals
• Adhere to dealership and manufacturer standards and protocols
• Participate in ongoing training and stay current with certifications
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license and insurability required
• 1+ year(s) of automotive repair experience preferred
• Ford or dealership experience is a plus
• Team-player mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and diagnostic skills
