Bachmann Pools, Spas & Saunas is looking for a licensed, dependable, and experienced Electrician to join our Field Operations team. This full-time role is ideal for a self-motivated professional who takes pride in their work, excels at diagnosing and solving problems, and is committed to delivering exceptional service to residential customers. You'll be working hands-on with our hot tub, sauna, swim spa, pool and cold plunge systems, helping homeowners enjoy safe and efficient wellness experiences across the region. • Perform residential electrical installations and service for hot tubs, saunas, swim spas, pools, and cold plunge systems.

• Diagnose electrical issues and create accurate proposals for service and installations.

• Ensure all work meets safety codes, building regulations, and company standards.

• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.

• Interpret and follow electrical diagrams and schematics per the manufacturers diagram.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Drive to customer homes and job sites as required (company vehicle provided).

• Participate in ongoing training and safety programs.

• Active Wisconsin Electrician License (Required).

• 5+ years of residential electrical experience.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).

• Strong math skills and the ability to generate accurate proposals.

• Clear, professional communication and strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.

• Reliable, punctual, and organized with strong time management skills.
