RN - Home Health & Hospice, Sign on Bonus at Chadron Community Hospital, Corp. – Chadron, Nebraska

Eligible for $15,000 sign-on bonus!

Monday-Friday, choice of 2 to 5 days a week. Call required every fifth weekend; number of weekday calls are based on hours worked.

Benefited position after 60-days waiting period.

Position Summary:

• Home Health/Hospice RN works as a case manager to develop the patient plan of care, implements, evaluates, supervises, and coordinates with patient, caregivers, and physician.
• RN provides direct skilled level care in the patient’s home and facilities in Dawes, Sheridan, and Sioux Country.
• Vehicles are provided most days, but some days will require use of own vehicle with mileage reimbursed.
• RN will be on call every 4-5 weeks.
• Part time position requires on-call 3-4 days a month and full-time position averaging 6-8 days on call per month.
• A good driving record is required.

Educational Requirements & Experience:

• Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed in the State of Nebraska without restriction.
• Experience preferred but not required.
