Quality Control at TENNMAX AMERICA, INC.

TennMax America Inc., a global leader in EMI shielding and Thermal Management solutions based in Vancouver, WA, specializing in components for the Department of Defense and Aerospace industries. We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Quality Control team.

What you’ll do:

Perform precise measurements using calipers, gauges, lasers, and micrometers in accordance with mechanical drawings and schematics.
Record and enter documentation and measurement data into approved systems based on customer requirements.
Conduct inspections and verify compliance with applicable standards.
Collaborate with manufacturing personnel to ensure QC standards and customer specifications are consistently met.

Who we want:

Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
Detail‑oriented and able to work with limited supervision.
Experience using a variety of inspection tools in a manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) and the ability to interpret feature control frames, datums, and tolerance schemes.
Proficiency with basic computer applications.
Demonstrate stable and reliable work history.
Hands‑on experience in manufacturing settings.
Skilled in the use of test and measuring equipment.
Preferred: experience with QMS, AS9100, and/or ISO 9000 standards.
