Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you'll play a vital part in keeping our HVAC operations running smoothly from receiving parts to prepping technician orders and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse. Pay & Schedule
  • $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (Based on experience)
  • Full-time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Paid weekly

What You’ll Do
  • Receive, inspect, and store HVAC parts and equipment
  • Pick and prepare accurate orders for field technicians
  • Help with loading and unloading trucks
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment (training provided)
  • Perform regular inventory counts and track materials
  • Support technicians with parts requests and other needs
  • Pitch in with general warehouse duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Prior HVAC warehouse experience preferred, but not required
  • Comfortable lifting 75+ lbs
  • Forklift certified (or willing to get certified)
  • Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Great communication and organizational skills
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening

Must be able to pass a background check, and drug tests prior to and throughout employment
