About This Position

Maintenance Associate
Diocese of Green Bay / Curia
Full-Time, Benefit Eligible
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assisting the maintenance department in the care and maintenance of buildings and grounds for St. Joseph’s Corporation and assuring the grounds are in safe operating condition.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years of age due to operating a motor vehicle as part of their job.
  • 5 years’ experience in grounds preferred
  • Understand the use of chemicals for different applications
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Mechanical skills helpful.
  • Use of variety of grounds machinery
  • Use of hand and power tools for the common trade.
  • Self-Motivated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented, minor maintenance, and troubleshooting ability.
  • Ability to take direction and on the job training.
  • Works well with others
  • Manage time efficiently
  • Ability to operate large equipment
  • Comply with OSHA Safety and Health rules.
  • Problem solving
  • Typing ability.
