The Inpatient Scheduler is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments for active inpatients.
- This includes, but is not limited to, physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapy appointments, medical appointments, tests, nursing and ancillary treatments, etc.
Qualifications
- High school graduate.
- Strong computer skills.
- Proven organization skills.
Proven interpersonal and communication skills. - Proven ability to problem solve.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
