Job Title: Associate Nurse Manager I
Location: Happy Valley, OR (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily OR operations, staffing, and resource allocation
• Supervise and develop nursing staff
• Ensure compliance with patient safety and regulatory standards
• Address patient concerns and improve care processes
• Support budgeting, reporting, and performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• BSN (Bachelor’s in Nursing)
• 3+ years of patient care experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience in Surgical Services & Perioperative (OR)
• Active Oregon RN License (required at hire)
• BLS Certification
