Job Overview:

• Salary/Pay Rate: $75,000 to $100,000 per year plus Year-End Bonus.

• Location: Onsite / Travel Required.

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Weekends, and Overtime.

The Opportunity: As a Field Supervisor, you will step into a high-impact leadership role within our Project Management division, overseeing the Crew Leaders who drive our nationwide installations. This is a newly created position designed for a strategic leader who can bridge the gap between technical schematics and successful onsite execution in a rapidly expanding company.

How You Will Make an Impact:

• Manage and mentor multiple Crew Leaders to ensure all industrial equipment installations align with company quality standards.

• Interpret complex architectural drawings and technical schematics to guide field teams through precision assembly processes.

• Oversee site-level project management to ensure timelines are met while navigating the logistical challenges of nationwide travel.

• Apply a deep understanding of electrical codes to verify that all equipment and paint booth setups are compliant and safe.

• Collaborate directly with ownership to refine installation workflows and improve operational efficiency across the field division.

• Resolve high-level technical obstacles and material discrepancies on-site to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site leadership or project management.

• Proven background in commercial or industrial equipment installation.

• Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics.

• Solid working knowledge of electrical codes and industrial safety standards.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with electrical installation and wiring.

• Previous experience managing multiple crews or remote field teams.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
