This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team within the financial services and insurance sector. The Enterprise Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by coaching and mentoring account executives, developing strategic client relationships, and overseeing complex sales cycles. This position requires balancing team leadership with hands-on involvement in key deals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful adoption of solutions by enterprise clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment, leveraging a deep understanding of the market, sales processes, and client needs to exceed ambitious targets. You will also play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, optimizing performance metrics, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
Accountabilities:- Lead a team of 6-8 enterprise account executives, providing coaching, mentorship, and career development support.
- Oversee enterprise sales strategy, pipeline management, and opportunity execution to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships across all levels, acting as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor on key deals.
- Drive contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and complex multi-stakeholder deals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of enterprise engagements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of solution offerings and the competitive landscape to inform strategy and proposal development.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of individual enterprise-level sales experience, with at least 2 years managing a high-performing sales team.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving team performance through metric-based skill development.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to sell complex solutions to large strategic accounts.
- Experience using MEDDIC sales methodology and Salesforce.com to manage and measure performance.
- Bachelors degree or higher; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to client locations and industry events.
- Strong leadership presence with experience coaching and developing top-performing sales professionals.
