HTI is partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization to hire a Production Planner in Laurens, SC who will play a key role in coordinating production schedules, supporting supply chain operations, and ensuring on-time product delivery.

What You Need

• Experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations

• Strong understanding of capacity planning and inventory control

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings preferred

What Your Role Will Look Like

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on forecasts, orders, and inventory levels

• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability

• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet customer deadlines

• Analyze production capacity and identify bottlenecks

• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to maintain smooth operations

• Prepare reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and order status

• Maintain accurate records of production schedules, materials, and inventory movement

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies
