This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the visual identity of a leading B2B platform through cinematic motion design and cutting-edge AI workflows. You will create high-fidelity animations for brand campaigns, product launches, and digital content while developing scalable, AI-augmented production pipelines. The position blends craft and innovation, combining hands-on animation in After Effects and C4D with experimentation in generative AI tools. You will collaborate closely with product designers, brand leads, and cross-functional teams to translate complex UI and abstract concepts into compelling motion experiences. • Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for brand campaigns, product launches, executive presentations, and social media.

• Architect repeatable, AI-assisted animation workflows to streamline production and reduce manual effort.

• Define and evolve the motion identity, ensuring a consistent visual language across all touchpoints.

• Collaborate with Product Designers to translate UI designs into polished, intuitive animations.

• Conduct R&D on emerging creative technologies, including generative AI tools, and share learnings with the creative team.

• Build and maintain libraries of motion assets and templates for scalable production.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or a related creative field.

• Expertise in animating SaaS products, complex UIs, and high-concept brand narratives.

• Strong technical skills in After Effects, Adobe Suite; experience with C4D, Blender, or Houdini is a plus.

• Experience creating scalable animation systems, MOGRTs, scripts, or automated pipelines.

• Fluency in product design tools such as Figma and ability to collaborate effectively with designers.

• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools like Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway, or Luma.

• Excellent storytelling, timing, typography, and interaction design skills.

• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-changing, experimental environment.
