About This Position
BPGS Construction Intern – Build Your Future with Us
BPGS Construction, LLC (“BPGS”) is a full‑service construction management subsidiary of BPG. We provide integrated pre‑construction and construction management services to BPG and select third‑party partners.
Our team has completed or is currently delivering major capital improvement projects across hospitality, office, residential, retail, and parking sectors.
Position: Construction Intern
At BPGS, our interns don’t just observe—they contribute. As a BPGS Construction Intern, you’ll work directly with experienced superintendents and project managers, gaining real‑world exposure to all phases of construction.

What You’ll Do
- Help maintain adherence to company safety standards
- Manage paperwork and assist with submittal processes
- Track material delivery schedules
- Archive and organize contract documents
- Assist in establishing project documentation systems
- Maintain and distribute meeting minutes
- Manage project files and construction documentation
- Support the superintendent in project planning
- Communicating with subcontractors
- Assist with RFI logs, daily reports, correspondence, and site documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring-Qualifications, Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Construction experience preferred
- Familiarity with:
- Change orders
- Budgets
- Cost reporting
- Estimating
- Scheduling (preferred but not required)
