- Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple roles and regions, ensuring efficiency and quality of hire
- Proactively source and engage top talent using advanced tools, including AI-driven sourcing platforms and professional networks
- Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future business demands
- Design and execute structured interview processes, including screening, assessments, and offer management
- Enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer branding through engaging and inclusive hiring practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to refine recruitment workflows, tools, and best practices
- Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes and reduce time-to-fill
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, diversity standards, and hiring regulations
- Support onboarding processes and deliver presentations to new hires as needed
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives and generalist responsibilities when required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate talent acquisition, managing roles from entry-level to executive positions
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards
- Demonstrated experience using AI-powered recruitment tools and data-driven hiring strategies
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Experience delivering onboarding sessions or training presentations is highly valued
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally UKG or similar platforms
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance, labor laws, and diversity hiring practices
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and evolving environment
- Preferred: experience recruiting within events, media, or information services industries
- Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $130,000, based on experience and qualifications
