Accountabilities:
  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment processes across multiple roles and regions, ensuring efficiency and quality of hire
  • Proactively source and engage top talent using advanced tools, including AI-driven sourcing platforms and professional networks
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with current and future business demands
  • Design and execute structured interview processes, including screening, assessments, and offer management
  • Enhance candidate experience and strengthen employer branding through engaging and inclusive hiring practices
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine recruitment workflows, tools, and best practices
  • Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes and reduce time-to-fill
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, diversity standards, and hiring regulations
  • Support onboarding processes and deliver presentations to new hires as needed
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives and generalist responsibilities when required
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate talent acquisition, managing roles from entry-level to executive positions
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing passive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered recruitment tools and data-driven hiring strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience delivering onboarding sessions or training presentations is highly valued
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), ideally UKG or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Knowledge of recruitment compliance, labor laws, and diversity hiring practices
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial and evolving environment
  • Preferred: experience recruiting within events, media, or information services industries
