Position: Part-Time Service Coordinator

Milton Martin Toyota is seeking a Part-Time Service Coordinator to join our Business Development Center (BDC): an essential part of our service department’s success. As the first point of contact for many of our valued customers, you’ll play a key role in shaping their service experience from the very first call. What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound service calls promptly and professionally to assist customers and schedule appointments
- Make outbound calls to follow up on recalls, order parts notifications and service reminders
- Review service history to recommend additional services when appropriate
- Stay current on service promotions, recalls, and dealership updates
- Operate CRM and DMS software confidently and accurately
- Develop knowledge of Toyota vehicles and service offerings
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional phone presence and solid organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume call environment
- Comfortable using CRM/DMS or similar scheduling systems or willing to learn
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and dependable
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus!
