MAINTENANCE - ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES MANAGER at Burnett Medical Center Inc – Grantsburg, Wisconsin

Burnett Medical Center is in search of a full-time Maintenance/Environmental Services Manager.

SHIFT & HOURS: Full time days with rotating call.

JOB SUMMARY

Provide management and supervision necessary to coordinate the functions and activities of both the Maintenance and Environmental Services departments. Establishes policies, procedures, objectives, and work standards. Directs and administers the Building Maintenance and Environmental Services Programs to maintain the facility in a clean, safe, sanitary and attractive condition.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school education.
• Knowledgeable of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, medical gas, and other mechanical systems.
• Knowledge and experience of maintenance and housekeeping processes within a healthcare setting preferred.
• Prior management experience.
• Computer skills preferred.
• Physical demands include walking, reaching, bending, lifting and pushing.
