About This Position
$26.92 - $36.88 Per Hour
The Executive Assistant for our Quincy, WA location provides administrative and operational support to the Chief Operating Officer and Quincy leadership. The Executive Assistant works independently performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical support duties. The Executive Assistant is the primary administrative resource to Quincy staff, external contacts and community.
Responsibilities
- Provides excellent service, information and support in all interactions with staff, board and community members.
- Works directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support all aspects of their daily work routine which include phone management, travel arrangements, and other duties ensuring accuracy and effective use of time for the COO.
- Responsible for meeting duties (scheduling, agenda and minute preparation, presentations, etc.) under the responsibility of the COO.
- Responsible for administrative tasks and support including but not limited to composing and editing letters, forms and documents, report creation, presentations, travel arrangements for Quincy staff when requested, mail, invoice and credit card reconciliation and other department support functions as assigned.
- Serves as the principal contact and source of information for Quincy staff, board members, and community.
- Communicates effectively with all departments to convey information and collect data when necessary.
- Possesses advanced level general skills, including written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills, and mathematical knowledge frequently acquired through completion of a Bachelor's Degree program.
- Minimum of 3 years of previous executive assistant experience is required.
- Demonstrated competency in personal computers and related software including Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Publisher, OneNote, SharePoint, and Teams) is required.
- Experience with tele/video conference systems is required.
- Ability to learn and function in organization specific systems and new technologies is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills is required.
- Exceptional customer service, time management and multi-tasking skills is required.
- Ability to handle a high level of confidentiality and changing priorities is required.
- Travel between work sites is required as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation and provide documentation of auto insurance and valid driver's license as required.
