U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations and performance for our internal and offshore production teams. In this role, you’ll manage workflows, ensure service levels are met, and coach team members for success.

📍 Location: Chicago, Illinois

🕒 Schedule: Monday - Friday; standard business hours

• Monitor team performance and assign daily workloads

• Perform audits, provide coaching, and lead team meetings

• Oversee and report on production metrics and SLAs

• Collaborate with our offshore Etech partners to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Approve timecards and assist with production coverage as needed

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
