• Architect, build, and maintain scalable, high-performance compute and networking platforms leveraging modern distributed systems principles
• Collaborate closely with product teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements, align on roadmap priorities, and ensure strong product-market fit
• Design and implement robust APIs and backend services using technologies such as Go and Python
• Drive best practices across CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure reliability to support a “build-it, run-it” engineering culture
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to evaluate trade-offs related to scalability, performance, and reliability
• Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, technical coaching, and knowledge sharing
• Continuously improve system architecture, operational efficiency, and development workflows

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, including strong expertise in distributed systems and platform development
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) and Python, with solid experience building APIs and backend services
• Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes and Docker
• Experience designing and operating highly reliable, scalable systems in production environments
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation practices, and modern DevOps methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional and globally distributed teams
• Nice to have: experience with Linux internals, virtualization (QEMU), networking concepts (NFV, DPDK, VPP), and advanced infrastructure components
