Growth Marketing Director

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Growth Marketing Director in the United States.

This role is a high-impact opportunity to lead growth marketing across multiple business segments, driving measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes. You will define and execute a full-funnel growth strategy, leveraging digital channels, ABM, AI, and predictive insights to scale demand generation. As a hands-on leader, you will manage a high-performing team, optimize campaigns with data-driven rigor, and build systems that transform marketing into a revenue engine. The position requires strategic vision, operational excellence, and a strong focus on performance metrics. You will work cross-functionally with sales, global marketing, and operations to accelerate growth while continuously testing and iterating on campaigns. Ideal candidates are AI-savvy, analytics-driven, and comfortable navigating complex, fast-growing B2B SaaS environments.

Accountabilities:

The Growth Marketing Director will own revenue-driven marketing initiatives and the development of scalable demand engines:

  • Own pipeline and revenue accountability across Enterprise and Commercial/Volume segments.
  • Forecast pipeline contribution, ROI, and coverage ratios across digital channels.
  • Develop and execute a full-funnel growth strategy, including paid media, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Architect scalable acquisition frameworks across LinkedIn, SEM, paid social, retargeting, content syndication, and partner ecosystems.
  • Operationalize AI to enhance campaign development, segmentation, personalization, and performance optimization.
  • Lead experimentation across landing pages, messaging, offers, and customer journeys to maximize impact.
  • Build and lead a high-performing growth marketing team, aligning with Sales, SDR, Field Marketing, and global marketing leaders.
  • Create reporting frameworks and executive-level narratives to communicate pipeline performance, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • Own digital budget allocation and drive efficiency metrics including CAC, cost-per-opportunity, and pipeline ROI.
Requirements:

Candidates should bring a combination of leadership experience, strategic expertise, and technical proficiency in digital marketing:

  • 8–12+ years of experience in growth marketing, revenue marketing, digital demand generation, or performance marketing.
  • 3–5+ years managing teams with direct accountability for pipeline contribution.
  • Proven ownership of multi-million dollar pipeline targets in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Expertise in ABM, intent-data platforms (e.g., 6sense, Bombora), and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong MarTech and GTM stack knowledge, including HubSpot or Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and AI-driven automation tools.
  • Advanced analytical and experimentation skills with a data-driven approach to full-funnel optimization.
  • Ability to forecast, model, and translate marketing investment into revenue outcomes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally and report at executive levels.
  • Comfortable leading in high-growth, high-expectation environments, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution.
Benefits:
  • Competitive total target compensation (TTC / OTE) based on location, experience, and role performance.
  • Unlimited paid time off, 12 paid holidays, plus additional self-care and volunteer days.
  • Paid parental leave for all parents, including extended leave for birthing parents.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one.
  • Mental health support, therapy sessions, and digital wellness tools through an Employee Assistance Program.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
  • Fertility, adoption, and surrogacy support, plus paid volunteer time.
  • Access to on-demand learning libraries, mentorship, workshops, and company-wide learning events.
  • Fully remote-friendly work environment with flexibility to support work-life balance.
