This role provides an exciting opportunity to design and develop high-performance native iOS applications that are essential for field operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering to build robust, scalable, and user-friendly mobile solutions. The position allows for creative problem solving while ensuring apps meet performance and usability standards across diverse environments. You will take ownership of the app lifecycle, from architecture and feature development to debugging and optimization. By contributing to engineering standards and mentoring peers, you will help raise the technical bar for the team. This is a remote role with opportunities to influence key product features that impact thousands of end-users daily.
- Design, develop, and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement impactful features aligned with user needs and business goals.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance, memory, and stability issues efficiently.
- Contribute to engineering best practices, tooling, and processes to improve code quality and maintainability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS technologies, frameworks, and platform features to drive innovation.
- Mentor and guide team members, supporting a collaborative and high-performing engineering culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of experience working on production iOS applications.
- Strong proficiency in Swift, with experience in Objective-C considered a plus.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design principles.
- Experience with CoreData, MVVM design patterns, and XCTest or similar testing frameworks is highly desirable.
- Skilled at debugging complex issues, including memory and performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
