You will act as the vertical’s expert, partnering with sales, product, and engineering teams to translate complex hardware and AI capabilities into tailored solutions for ports, railroads, and 3PL operations. The role involves influencing high-value deals, defining go-to-market strategies, and delivering measurable impact across global supply chain networks. Success in this position requires a combination of deep logistics expertise, technical fluency, and a results-oriented mindset. The environment is fast-paced, high-growth, and innovation-driven, with opportunities for significant strategic influence and field engagement. Travel within the United States will be required to support key accounts and oversee critical deployments.
- Design and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy specifically for Supply Chain and Logistics, aligning business objectives with operational realities
- Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, influence prospects, and close complex, high-value deals
- Serve as the industry-facing expert, representing the company to C-suite executives and operational leaders in ports, railroads, and 3PL networks
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Client Success teams to ensure solutions meet high-stakes operational and safety needs
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy and maintain competitive advantage
- Lead field engagements, including site visits and critical deployments, ensuring successful solution adoption and client satisfaction
- Provide actionable insights from sales metrics and market intelligence to optimize vertical strategy and revenue growth
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in global supply chain, intermodal transport, and logistics security operations
- Track record of driving complex, six-figure enterprise deals and influencing decision-makers at all levels
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating technical AI and hardware capabilities into clear business value
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, using insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategy
- Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization, collaborating closely with sales and technical teams
- Adaptable and agile, thriving in a high-growth, fast-changing business environment
- Results-oriented, with a focus on KPIs, revenue targets, and operational excellence
- Willingness to travel ~15–30% of the time to support key accounts and deployments
